Who are NDH Cleaning?
A commercial cleaning company based in Oldbury, started in 2015 by ex British Army personnel. We do site welfare cleaning, builders and sparkle cleaning, and office cleaning.
Where are you based, and how far do you travel?
Oldbury, about fifteen minutes from Birmingham city centre. Construction work is delivered nationwide. Office cleaning stays local, so we can be at your building the same day if something needs sorting.
What accreditations do you hold?
Constructionline Gold, SSIP and BICSc. Our workforce is fully CSCS carded and our operatives are trained to BICSc standards.
Are your cleaners employed by you, or supplied through an agency?
Employed by us. It costs more than agency labour, and it is why the same people come back each week and why cover comes from a team that already knows the job.
Are you insured?
Yes. Employers and public liability, plus current COSHH documentation, risk assessments and method statements. Send us your prequalification pack and we will complete it properly.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks for an office contract, survey included. Construction work depends on your induction and paperwork, which our accreditation rarely holds up. If it is urgent, ask us.
Do you work for main contractors, or only direct?
Both. We are set up for main contractor work with Constructionline Gold, SSIP, CSCS carded operatives and site-specific risk assessments and method statements. We also work directly for owners, agents and occupiers.
What makes you different from other cleaning companies?
Most cleaning companies can clean. The difference is whether the standard holds after the first month. We employ our people, supervise them, audit against a written specification, and tell you when something has gone wrong.
